Dr. (Ms.) Ooha Mahanthi who is the Project Director of the organization, is a Law Graduate and having tremendous experience in voluntary sector since last 5 years. She was trained in several issues like education, health, Community Organization and Development (COD), Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Participatory Poverty Assessment (PPA), Micro Credit, watershed management and computers. She is also awarded with International Wonder Book of Records Award from His Excellency - Shri Dr. Kamabhampati Hari Babu - Governor of Mizoram, for her committed services to poor and needy in our society and especially for working with tribal women and girls in north coastal Andhra Pradesh and some parts of south Odisha since last several years.

She is also participated in number of seminars and conferences on development issues included Human Resource Development. Dr. (Ms.) Ooha Mahanthi is young, energetic and service oriented person. She was associated with so many organizations working in coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh for considerable time of five years.
